Origin of Kabab

Kababs in Pakistan trace their origin to the impact of the Mughlai delicacies in South Asia. Pakistani delicacies are wealthy with different kababs. Meat including red meat, chicken, lamb and fish is utilized in kababs.

This recipe is often referred to as, Kabab of Pakistan – prepared with minced meat with spices and grilled on skewers. It's cooked in a Tandoor, and is generally served with chutneys or mint sauce. It's often included in tandoori sampler platters, which contain a sort of tandoor cooked dishes. A seekh kabab may also be served in naan bread very similar to doner kabab (A Turkish cuisine). Kabab recipes are a part of the traditional Pakistani diet.
